STEP 1: SCOUTING MATERIALS PREPARATION

To begin your journey with PlayInEurope.com, the first step is to provide essential materials that allow us to assess your abilities and recommend the best pathway. Here’s what you need to submit:

  • Video: Create a video showcasing your basketball skills. Highlight key aspects of your game such as shooting, passing, dribbling, defense, and overall court awareness. This is a critical tool for our evaluation.
  • CV: Include a detailed resume of your basketball experience, achievements, and statistics from previous teams or competitions.
  • Academic Records: For those interested in combining education with basketball, submit your high school or elementary school grades for consideration in various academic programs.

Note: If your primary goal is to attend a tryout with a European club, grades are not required. Simply provide the video of your basketball skills, and we will suggest clubs that match your level, physical attributes, and budget.

STEP 2: RECEIVING OFFERS AND CHOOSING THE BEST FIT

Once we have assessed your materials, we will contact clubs that match your profile. You will then receive offers from clubs interested in giving you a tryout or placement in their development programs. Our team will guide you through:

  • Evaluating offers based on the club’s level, training facilities, reputation, and location.
  • Choosing the most suitable option based on your skill set, physical attributes, and personal goals.

STEP 3: SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THE CLUB

After selecting the right offer, the next step is signing a contract with the club. We will assist you throughout the contract negotiations to ensure that all terms are clear, including training commitments, financial obligations, and opportunities for academic development.

STEP 4: CHOOSING THE EDUCATION PATHWAY

Once you’ve secured your place with a club, it’s time to choose your preferred education system. At PlayInEurope.com, we offer several schooling options in partnership with EDU Sports (ScholarshipsUSA.net):

  • British School System
  • American School System
  • International Programs
  • Local Education Systems
  • Online American School, in collaboration with our partner school

We will work closely with you to select the right educational option based on your academic preferences and athletic schedule.

STEP 5: PREPARING VISA DOCUMENTATION

Our team will guide you through the process of gathering the necessary documentation for your visa application. This includes collaboration between:

  • The player
  • The agency
  • The club
  • The school

We ensure that all paperwork is in order, allowing for a smooth visa application process.

STEP 6: ORGANIZING THE TRIP AND ARRIVAL

Once all paperwork is completed, we will help organize your travel and arrival arrangements. This includes:

  • Booking flights
  • Arranging transportation from the airport to the club or school
  • Ensuring you are settled and ready to begin your basketball journey

STEP 7: BEGINNING YOUR JOURNEY

Now comes the most exciting part: arriving in Europe and starting your basketball journey. You will:

  • Begin training with your new club, under the guidance of professional coaches.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to study and play, while immersing yourself in European culture.
